The primary focus of the design of this addition was to utilize the existing structure and expand vertically to create a home that would accommodate family and guests.  The final product was guided by a desire for a balanced design, with a central focus upon the entry.  A rooftop deck with entertaining vestibule offers views of the tranquil Barnegat Bay. ​
