A desire for an expanded living area as well as a garage below with storage area was the main focus of the addition.  The resulting design incorporated a garage space that was easily accessible by a redesigned covered front entry and a living space above with deck area, offering abundant views of the gorgeous Barnegat Bay.  The design choices offer simple clean lines and a classic palette of gray and white.​
